This quote assumes a generous two sides per child (one piece, one picture), and includes an index, foreword, acknowledgements and chapter introductions. The price includes a single printed proof for you to check. It is for full-colour, professionally-printed paperbacks sized 129 x 198mm on quality 70lb white paper stock with a soft matte cover finish, delivered in cartons to one UK address.
